This was inspired by a feature on the US Highways site (http://www.us-highways.com/new_signs.htm). A fun little feature that asks viewers to send in their own suggestions for updated state shield. Sounded like fun to me, so off I went to test my artistic skills. This forum is what I came up with.
When I clean it all up, I'll send this their way as well.
You can post your own suggestions and creations here if you'd like. Or even create your own.

IrfanView - a great image resizer. Also converts easily to jpeg or gif formats:

And you can make do with just MS Paint, or you can use Photoshop or PSP or whatever you want.
