I don't really want to be a board Nazi. I really don't. And I don't feel there's really a need for a bunch of restrictions. Therefore, there are not many rules, save for ProBoards' Terms of Service. They can be found here:

PROBOARDS.COM - TERMS OF SERVICE
ProBoards.com (the "Provider" ) is providing a service to individuals (the "User" ) who are at least 18 years old or minors 13 years old and above who have parental permission.
To use our service, you must agree to all the following:
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Under this agreement, the Provider will provide the following services; which herein known as the "Services" in this agreement:
Access to utilize the Provider's message board services.
Access to documents such as FAQ's and documentation. All documentation is provided on an "as is" basis, with no expressed or implied complete validity.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
This is a free service provided that our advertisements are found on all user pages. We also offer an paid ad-free service. Current ad-free rates will be posted on the Provider's Web site or message boards.
3. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Your web site must conform to the following standards to be eligible to utilize this service:
User's content must comply in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws of the State of California and the US Federal Government.
User's web site may not contain content promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, "spam," fraud, racism, mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity.
User's message board and Web site must be in English.
4. DISPUTES
In the event it is necessary to refer any dispute to an attorney or resolve it in a court of law, the prevailing party will be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees and all costs associated with any legal action, whether or not a suit shall actually be filed. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and the United States of America.
5. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE PROVIDER GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSLY INCLUDES ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR LOSSES OF INCOME DUE TO DISRUPTION OF SERVICE BY THE PROVIDER OR ITS PROVIDERS BEYOND THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO PROVIDER FOR SERVICES. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BACKUP OUR DATA, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.
6. MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT
This agreement may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Provider. Upon modification of this agreement, the User has two weeks (14 days) to terminate their account with the Provider or it will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
7. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE
This service is not available to Users that run other CGI hosting services as well as users who plan on developing remotely hosted CGI services.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
This service may be terminated at any time by the Provider or User. The Provider may at it's sole discretion remove any message board for any reason.
By clicking "Sign Up" the User hereby agrees to the terms set forth in this agreement under penalties of perjury and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claim resulting from the use of the Provider's services and agree that all information provided by the User to the Provider is true.

These are a few additional rules. They exist solely to cover ourselves against legal actions toward the admin or ProBoards, as well as to promote an enjoyable experience by all:
1. The Admin here (namely me) and Moderators (TBA) do reserve the right to ban any member and delete or move any post. I don't want to do this. I'd like to make this a fun forum for everyone, including people I don't necessarily agree with. But you will be banned or have your post(s) deleted if:
a. You spam the board with obnoxious advertising. This is primarily a football board, not a penis enlargement/MLM scheme board. Spammers are banned immediately. No second chances. No warnings. 'Nuf said. Get a real job!
b. You are overly rude and threatening to other forum members, or you blatantly violate ProBoards' Terms of Service. No stalking or personal harrassment against any member is permitted. Let's make this a fun forum for all!
c. You post inappropriate or offensive material, including images and text. No pornography allowed. In other words, don't post anyting you wouldn't do or imagine someone else doing in public. Simple as that. An example: A pic of Janet Jackson's nipple jewelry is allowed in the proper context. A pic of Janet Jackson in a gang-bang is not, although you may email it to the Admin for further inspection. ;D
d. You use this board to promote terrorist nonsense. We all know that the good ol' boys in al Qaeda used message boards to communicate amongst each other. Not here you don't. Plot your whacked-out bulls**t somewhere else.
2. ProBoards prefers I use censoring of off-color language. As a result, you may be shocked when you type in the ol' 'effenheimer' and it comes out a funny word. They have a 'censor box' that substitutes words. Some may seem a little ridiculous here. Imagine calling Eric Dickerson "Eric Thingyerson". Yeah, pretty bad. I'm scrapping and modifying parts of it, but leaving up enough to keep PB happy and loving me. I'll leave any of the seven "Carlin" words, and any inflammatory, racist, vulgar or degrading terms that tend to open up serious hostility (I'm sure you know which ones I'm talking about). Hope you all understand. I know this may be a little difficult for some of us (I'm one of the worst offenders, admittedly), but it's PB's playground, so they get to make the rules. Occasional cussing is okay, since it is part of everyday language, but excessive foul language or overly inflammatory speech, threats and/or depictions of acts in a post can be construed as overly offensive, and may result in a post modification, deletion and for repeat offenders, warnings or banishment. Sorry, but it's gotta be that way.
3. In addition, I would prefer members to not sell or offer for sale any items on this board. I opted for the free board service (ad-supported), because I am a cheap bastard. A stipulation of the free board is that we are not allowed to make any money or use this board for profitable means directly.
4. The Admin and moderators (who will be announced as soon as we get this thing rolling) reserve the right to modify, move or delete any post due to inappropriate content. The Admin and moderators also reserve the right to warn and outright ban posters. This will only be done due to inflammatory or inappropriate content as stated above. It will not be done for members simply posting opinions that the Admin or moderators may disagree with. You are encouraged to speak freely here.
5. No posting in foreign languages!!! PB is a stickler for this. Everything must be in English, per PB. Any post in a language other than English must unfortunately be modified or deleted. Again, their rules, not mine.
6. When posting information from another source, be sure to give a URL of the source, like so:

Also try to post no more that 4-5 paragraphs, as opposed to the whole article. This is a copyright issue.
7. Above all, have fun. Stay awhile and post a lot.
